1. Agreement
These Terms govern Vortelume, operated by Mohammed Bouzar. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vortelume for personal entertainment on devices you own or control. You must not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, exploit, modify, introduce malicious code, interfere with the app or its services, bypass advertising or security controls, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits.
3. App features and availability
Vortelume provides an interactive particle field, touch gestures, scenes, palettes, symmetry controls, motion controls, and visual preferences. Features may change, be limited by device performance, depend on network access, or be unavailable because of provider outages or remote configuration.
4. Analytics and advertising
The app uses Firebase Analytics and Google Mobile Ads only. Advertisements may include app-open or interstitial formats. Third-party advertisements, destinations, products, and services are not controlled or endorsed by us. The Privacy Policy explains related data processing.
5. Intellectual property
Vortelume, its software, visual engine, artwork, names, text, and other content are owned by Mohammed Bouzar or its licensors. You receive no ownership interest. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
6. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vortelume is provided as is and as available, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Changes and termination
You may end these Terms by uninstalling the app and stopping use. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the app, advertising, analytics, remote configuration, or any feature. We may revise these Terms when the app or legal requirements change; the updated version applies when published.
