1. Who we are
Vortelume is operated by Mohammed Bouzar. This policy explains what the app and its service providers may process. The app does not require an account and does not ask you to submit your name, email address, phone number, payment details, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or location.
2. Local information
The app stores selected language and onboarding status locally on your device. Visualizer choices are used to operate the app and may not be retained after the app is closed. We do not receive this local information. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may remove it.
3. Firebase Analytics
Vortelume uses Firebase Analytics. The app may send app-open events, screen views, scene changes, visualizer randomization, and advertising events. Firebase and Google may also process app instance identifiers, device model, operating-system and app versions, language, approximate location, network information, and diagnostics according to their services and settings. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, contacts, photos, payment-card information, or private user content in these events.

4. Advertising
Vortelume uses Google Mobile Ads only. Google may process advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device and network information, app information, ad requests, impressions, clicks, and ad-delivery events. The app may show app-open and interstitial advertisements, and other Google Mobile Ads formats may be enabled by configuration.
Advertising availability, personalization, consent requirements, and provider behavior may vary by platform, region, device settings, and remote configuration. See Google AdMob privacy information and Google AdMob privacy and messaging.
5. Remote configuration and network access
The app may request advertising configuration from a remote host. This request can include ordinary technical information needed to connect, such as IP address and request metadata. The remote configuration can change which supported advertising network and timing settings are used. The app does not use this service for accounts, chat, user uploads, or cloud saves.
6. Sharing, legal bases, and international processing
Information may be processed by Firebase and Google, Google Mobile Ads, hosting providers, app stores, and professional advisers for the purposes described in this policy, security, legal compliance, or a business transfer. Providers may process information outside your country. Where required by law, processing is based on consent, legitimate interests, performance of the app, or another permitted legal basis.
7. Retention and choices
Local preferences remain until you clear app data or uninstall the app. Provider-held analytics and advertising information is retained and deleted according to each provider’s policies and controls. You can manage device advertising settings and available consent choices. You may contact us about a privacy request; we may need to verify the request and may retain information where required by law.
8. Children, security, and contact
Vortelume is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no device or transmission is completely secure.
