These Terms govern your use of Code Siya9a (the “App”), operated by Mohammed Bouzar. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Educational purpose
The App provides driving-theory lessons, road-sign information, practice sessions, learning series, and mock exams. It is an educational aid only. It is not a driving school, a government service, legal advice, or a guarantee that you will pass an official examination.
Content may be incomplete, changed, delayed, or different from current official rules. Always rely on official authorities and current official materials for legal or examination decisions.
2. Permitted use
Subject to these Terms and the rules of the store from which you obtained the App, you may use the App for your personal, non-commercial learning.
You must not:
- Use the App or its API unlawfully.
- Scrape, bulk-download, mirror, redistribute, sell, or republish the App content or media.
- Circumvent App Check, rate limits, advertising controls, or other security measures.
- Interfere with the App, API, servers, databases, or third-party services.
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Local progress
The App stores learner progress, quiz attempts, preferences, and downloaded resources locally on your device. You are responsible for your device and backups. Clearing App data or uninstalling the App may remove this information.
4. Advertising and third-party services
The App may display advertisements through Google Mobile Ads and Unity LevelPlay. Advertisements and third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party advertisements, websites, products, or services.
The App also uses Firebase Analytics and security services. Their processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its software, design, text, question content, images, audio, and other materials are owned by Mohammed Bouzar or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the App and do not transfer ownership.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App, content, API, or any feature. We may also restrict access when necessary to protect the App, users, content, infrastructure, or third-party services.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App, content, API, or media will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or available on every device.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mohammed Bouzar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Access may be suspended or ended if you breach these Terms or if this is necessary to protect the App or its services.
10. Store terms
The terms, policies, and rules of Apple App Store or Google Play also apply to your download and use of the App.
11. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by the Code Siya9a Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, services, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. The updated version and date will be published on this page.
