Mohammed Bouzar operates the Code Siya9a mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the App.
1. Information we process
The App does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, postal address, telephone number, or password.
Depending on how you use the App and the services available in your region, the following information may be processed:
- App usage, screen views, quiz starts and completions, answer actions, scores, and ad lifecycle events through Firebase Analytics.
- Device, app, operating system, network, diagnostic, and performance information used by Firebase, advertising providers, and security services.
- Advertising identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, and related advertising information by Google Mobile Ads and Unity LevelPlay and their partners, subject to platform controls and applicable consent requirements.
- API request information, including IP address, request time, app version, and security information used to deliver content, protect the API, detect abuse, and apply rate limits.
- Quiz attempts, progress, preferences, downloaded content, images, and audio stored locally on your device.
The App does not request precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo-library access.
2. How we use information
Information may be used to provide driving-theory lessons and practice content, save local progress, operate and secure the API, improve performance and user experience, measure App usage, display and measure advertising, detect abuse, and maintain the App.
3. Analytics
The App uses Firebase Analytics. It may record screen views and events such as starting or completing a quiz, answer actions, question counts, results, and advertising lifecycle events. Analytics data is used to understand App usage, improve the App, and monitor stability.
4. Advertising
The App may display advertisements through Google Mobile Ads and Unity LevelPlay. Advertising providers and their partners may process device identifiers, approximate location, advertising activity, diagnostic information, and other technical information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes. Availability and processing depend on your platform, region, consent choices, and device settings.
5. API security
The App uses Firebase App Check with Google Play Integrity on supported Android release builds and Apple App Attest on supported iOS release builds. These services provide temporary attestation information so that the API can distinguish requests from an authorized App installation and reduce abuse. The App does not use a permanent secret API key or user login for this purpose.
6. Local storage and deletion
Quiz attempts, progress, preferences, cached content, and downloaded media are stored locally. You can remove local information by using the device settings to clear the App data or by uninstalling the App. The App does not provide an account or cloud synchronization for learner progress.
Third-party services may retain information according to their own policies and controls.
7. Service providers
The App may use the following services:
- Google Firebase Privacy and Security
- Google Privacy Policy
- Google Mobile Ads
- Unity Privacy Policy
- Apple Privacy
- Google Play User Data Policy
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, database, analytics, advertising, security, and infrastructure providers when necessary to operate and protect the App.
9. Children’s privacy
The App is educational driving-theory software and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information directly to us.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures for the App, API, and local data. No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Your choices
You can control analytics, advertising, tracking, and privacy settings through available App, device, platform, and regional controls. You can also stop using the App and delete its local data at any time.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, services, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. The updated version and date will be published on this page.
