1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use apply to Mini Duels and its related support pages. By installing or using Mini Duels, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. The service
Mini Duels provides a collection of fast two-player games designed for play on one device. The available games, advertising placements, remote configuration, and application features may change over time. The application may require an internet connection for advertising and remote configuration, while local gameplay and locally stored statistics may remain available when offline.
3. Permitted use
You may use Mini Duels for personal, lawful entertainment. You must not misuse the application, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
4. Intellectual property
Mini Duels, including its software, visual design, text, branding, and original game content, is owned by Mohammed Bouzar or used with permission. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights to copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit the application or its content.
5. Advertising and third-party services
Mini Duels may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob and may use Firebase Analytics. These services are operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Ad availability, personalization, and frequency may vary by platform, region, device, consent choice, and remote configuration.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Mini Duels when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes. We do not guarantee that every game, advertisement, remote configuration, or application feature will always be available or error-free.
7. Disclaimer
Mini Duels is provided for entertainment on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not make warranties that the application will be uninterrupted, completely secure, or free from every defect. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mohammed Bouzar is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of Mini Duels. This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Third-party terms
Your use of Mini Duels may also be subject to the terms of your device manufacturer, operating system, app store, and third-party services such as Google AdMob and Firebase. If a third-party term conflicts with these Terms for that third-party service, the applicable third-party term governs that service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the application or legal requirements change. Continued use of Mini Duels after an update means that you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
