1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern Flarecoil, operated by Mohammed Bouzar. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You are responsible for complying with the law and the age requirements that apply where you live.
2. Limited license and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Flarecoil for entertainment on devices you own or control. You must not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, exploit, or modify the app; use it to violate law or another person’s rights; interfere with its operation or networks; introduce malicious code; bypass ads, access controls, validation, or security; or reverse engineer it except to the extent applicable law allows.
3. Game content and virtual rewards
Flarecoil includes software, artwork, sounds, names, text, gameplay systems, level packs, and remote artwork owned by Mohammed Bouzar or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved. Progress, stars, coins, blaster ownership, upgrades, and other virtual items are non-transferable game data, have no cash value, are not a financial account, and cannot be redeemed for money. They may be balanced, removed, reset, or lost through updates, content changes, device operations, or service failure.
4. Advertising and analytics
The app uses Firebase Analytics and may use Google AdMob and . These services can affect the information processed, advertisements shown, and app availability. We may display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads, including ads that grant virtual coins after completion. You are responsible for reviewing the Privacy Policy and the providers’ terms and policies. We do not control third-party ads, destinations, products, or services.
5. Remote content and network access
Flarecoil may download updated levels and artwork from a remote content host. Content is validated by the app, but availability, accuracy, compatibility, and timing are not guaranteed. The app includes bundled content intended to provide an offline fallback. You are responsible for network access and any charges from your provider.
6. Updates, availability, and changes
We may update, rebalance, replace, restrict, suspend, or discontinue Flarecoil, its content, advertising, analytics, or any feature without guaranteeing continued availability. App-store updates, device settings, network conditions, provider outages, and maintenance may affect operation. We may revise these Terms when the app, services, or legal requirements change; the updated version applies when published.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
You receive no ownership interest in Flarecoil or its content. If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without compensation or obligation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flarecoil is provided as is and as available, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mohammed Bouzar and its licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from the app or these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Suspension and termination
You may end these Terms by uninstalling the app and stopping use. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the app, users, providers, or third parties. Sections that should logically continue, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and privacy, survive termination.
