These Terms govern your use of the Tic Tac Toe mobile application (the “App”), operated by Mohammed Bouzar. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of Google Play or the Apple App Store.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or lease the App; reverse engineer or decompile it except where permitted by law; use it unlawfully; or interfere with the App or its third-party services.
2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The App offers an optional auto-renewing monthly “Tic Tac Toe Premium” subscription that removes third-party advertisements. The price is shown before purchase and may vary by country and currency. Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account. The subscription renews monthly unless cancelled through the applicable store account at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Refunds follow the applicable store policy. RevenueCat provides subscription management and validation.
3. Advertising
The free version displays third-party banner, interstitial, and app-open advertisements. Premium removes them while active. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or promoted products and services.
4. Game Services and Statistics
Optional statistics, achievements, and leaderboards may be provided through Google Play Games or Apple Game Center where available and are subject to the applicable platform terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, graphics, sounds, code, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant no ownership rights.
6. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or its features, including subscription features, with or without notice to the extent permitted by law and store policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or harmless operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the App. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach. You may stop using the App by uninstalling it. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by law or store policies.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, legal obligations, or platform requirements change. The “Last updated” date will be changed accordingly. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by the Tic Tac Toe Privacy Policy.
