Mohammed Bouzar operates the Tic Tac Toe mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, processed, and shared when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not require an account and does not directly ask for your name, postal address, or telephone number. It uses third-party services for advertising, analytics, game services, internet connectivity, and in-app purchases. Depending on your device, platform, region, consent choices, and privacy settings, these services may process device identifiers, approximate location, app and product interactions, advertising data, diagnostic and performance data, purchase and transaction information, subscription status, and platform game-service information.
The App does not directly collect precise GPS location.
2. How We Use Information
Information may be used to provide and maintain the App, display and measure advertisements, analyze and improve functionality and user experience, detect fraud and security threats, process purchases, and provide supported game-service features.
3. Advertising
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and AppLovin MAX. These providers and their partners may process device identifiers, approximate location, advertising data, product interactions, diagnostic information, and other technical information for advertising, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, and platform requirements. Practices vary by region, device settings, consent choices, and the advertising partners serving an advertisement.
The App does not request Apple App Tracking Transparency permission, access IDFA, link App data with third-party data for advertising, or share collected data with data brokers. Apple-device attribution may use privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork.
4. Analytics
The App uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google, which may collect App usage, product interactions, device information, identifiers, sessions, and related analytics information to improve functionality, performance, stability, and user experience.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may use Google Firebase and Firebase Analytics, Google Mobile Ads, AppLovin MAX, Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase services, and RevenueCat for subscription management. These providers process information according to their own policies:

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App offers an optional auto-renewing monthly “Tic Tac Toe Premium” subscription that removes third-party advertisements. Google Play or the Apple App Store processes payments; we do not directly collect or store full payment-card or banking information. RevenueCat may process purchase history, subscription status, and a randomly generated anonymous app user identifier.
7. Data Sharing
We do not directly sell personal information. Information may be processed or shared with service providers used for advertising, analytics, game services, purchase processing, security, fraud prevention, and technical support. Exact information and purposes depend on the provider, platform, region, and privacy settings.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We do not maintain a user-account database. Third-party providers may retain information according to their own policies. Local game preferences and App settings may be removed by clearing App data or uninstalling the App. For provider-held information, use the relevant provider’s privacy controls and deletion procedures.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App is a general-audience Tic Tac Toe game. We do not knowingly ask children to directly provide personal information to the App. Advertising and analytics services may have additional requirements based on audience, age classification, law, consent settings, and platform policies. Contact us if you believe a child directly provided personal information to us.
10. Security
Information transmitted by third-party services is handled according to those providers’ security practices. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
11. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your device and region, you may manage advertising consent, tracking permissions, advertising identifiers, and other privacy settings through your device and platform settings.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, third-party services, legal obligations, or platform requirements change. Changes are reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.
